When setting up your channel manager, if you need support from Mews or your channel manager, they might ask you to provide an xlsx file with details of all configured spaces, rates, and product mappings. This is to help them effectively troubleshoot the issue.
You can download this file directly from the settings screen in your channel manager integration in Mews Operations.
To download the mapping file:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace > My subscriptions.
- Locate the channel manager integration, then click Edit to go to the settings.
- Click
Download at the top right side of the screen. An xlsx file automatically downloads to your machine.
4. Access it from the Downloads section on your machine.
