How to work with overbookings for hotel and room type level in Atomize RMS by Mews

Hotel and room type overbookings are managed from your PMS. Atomize will pick up on those inventory changes and will adapt the forecast and pricing accordingly. 

 

Please note that we strongly recommend removing the room types overbookings as soon as possible and assigning room types that will eventually be granted to the booking. This will ensure that also the assigned room types, and not only the booked ones will be optimized correctly
