An add-on integration is a connection with a subscription fee. Mews adds this fee to your monthly Mews invoice. You can connect to an add-on integration directly in Mews Marketplace. You can learn more about how to connect to an add-on integration here.

Mews generates invoices for your add-on integration based on your usage in the previous month. If you have any questions about your invoices, you can reach out to your Mews Customer Success contact.
Canceling an add-on
You can cancel an add-on integration at any time during your subscription. To cancel:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Click on Edit next to the integration you want to disconnect.
- Click Cancel.
- Confirm by clicking Cancel integration.
Important: Regardless of whether your property is active or currently suspended due to temporary closure, you need to cancel the integration for Mews to stop adding the integration subscription fees to your monthly Mews invoice.
If you cancel an add-on after the trial period, it stays in your marketplace subscriptions for 30 days, under the Canceled section. You can reinstate a canceled integration only within 30 days of its cancellation.
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Click on Edit next to the integration you want to reinstate.
- Click the
Reinstate icon.
