The multi-property dashboard in Atomize RMS by Mews

Similar to the overview dashboard for one single property, the multi-property dashboard will show the current and forecasted RevPAR, Occupancy, Revenue, and ADR for the portfolio for the past and the next twelve months compared to last year.

The smart filter to the right enables you to segment the portfolio by brand and region, and see the performance of custom subsets.

If the properties in your portfolio use different or multiple currencies you are able to select in which of the currencies you want to display the results. Atomize uses a currency feed from Open Exchange Rates to convert the information at the current exchange rate.
