How to add discount codes to the shortcut grid in Mews POS

In Mews POS, you can add discounts to the shortcut grid so staff can easily access and apply popular promotion codes. When your wait staff take orders, they can use the shortcut grid in Mews POS to quickly locate products, product categories, discounts and more. Staff can customize the shortcut grid to suit individual staff needs, so they can quickly access popular items and save time.

 

 

To add a discount code to the to the shortcut grid from the Mews POS Android app:

1. On a tablet, tap .
2. Tap , the shortcut grid side panel appears.
3. Tap   at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap  on an empty slot. The add to shortcuts side window appears.
5. Tap DISCOUNT.
6. Tap a discount to add it to the shortcut grid.
7. Tap DONE to save changes.

 

This adds a discount to the shortcut grid.
