You can track changes in bills with their individual Action logs. The individual Action logs give you an overview of changes made to a specific bill. They also show who made those changes and when it happened. You can access a bill’s Action log from:
- The customer’s Billing tab
- A closed bill
- Group billing
Every Action log is individual to a bill and is visible as the icon next to the bill name. You can click on it to open the Action log page. Note: There is no Action log icon next to Unpaid items / Deposits.
The Action log contains log entries for the corresponding bill.
On the Billing screen, you can see an "info" icon next to items added to bills. Clicking on the icon opens the item details page. The page consists of two parts:
- Details
- Action log
