"New contract for travel agency was created” Channel manager email

The automatic email "New contract for travel agency was created” is triggered when a reservation is made via an OTA or Travel Agency through your Channel Manager and is not mapped in your Travel Agency Contracts.

You have three different options for handling this:

 

• Manually map the travel agency profile. Set Up Travel Agency
• Create company and travel agency profiles automatically. 
  1. Go to Main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions > Find your channel manager.
  2. In the settings, enable the option Create company and travel agency profiles.
  3. When a new profile is created, you receive a notification email for you to review the information. Once the first profile is created, you don't receive more notifications.
  4. Unmapped travel agencies will be created and mapped automatically.
• Ignore these notifications if it is not applicable to your setup. If you choose this option, notifications will still be sent every time a new reservation comes through with a new travel agency.

 

Note: These notifications cannot be turned off.
