How can travel agencies book through the Mews Booking Engine

Travel agencies can book for guests directly through the Mews Booking Engine by using specifically created rates and vouchers. To do so: 

  1. Create a new rate specifically for travel agencies.
  2. Create a new voucher and code for travel agencies to use when booking through the booking engine.
  3. Travel agents can use the "booker" field on the booking engine to signify that they were the booker for the reservation and still record the correct guest names on the booking.

Note: In Mews Operations, the origin of reservations made with the voucher appear as “Booking engine”.
