How to exclude a product price from a rate in the Mews Booking Engine

When packaging certain products with rates, such as accommodation with breakfast, you can choose to include or exclude the product price in the overall reservation price. This determines how the Mews Booking Engine displays the price to guests.

When you exclude the product price, the system adds it on top of the rate instead of including it within the rate.

To exclude the product price:

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu   > Settings > Services.
2. Click on a bookable service.
3. Click Products.
4. Click the product you want to exclude.
5. Under Product options, click Exclude price from offer.
6. Click Update.  

This excludes your selected product from the overall reservation price. In the Mews Booking Engine, the guest sees the following:
