There can be a few reasons why rate in Mews don't match the in the channel manager extranet:
- The manual or automatic uploads aren't sent:
- Go to Main menu > Queues > Channel manager
- Confirm the most recent inventory update's status.
- If the status is Failed, click the inventory update to open it and read the results in the Results section.
- Send this information to Mews support and the channel manager support.
- The channel manager ID of the rate is incorrect: Check your inbox for configuration errors. Open the channel manager rates in the integration and confirm that the channel manager ID matches the mapping codes of the channel manager.
- The rate isn't mapped in the channel manager: Check your inbox for configuration errors. Open channel manager rates in the integration and confirm that the channel manager ID matches the mapping codes of the channel manager. If they don't, email your channel manager support to update the mapping code.
- The Upload rates operation isn't enabled:
- Go to Main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions
- Click Settings.
- Go to the Enabled operations field.
- Confirm that the Upload rates option is selected.
- If it is not enabled, enable it.
- Click
Save. - If it is enabled, contact Mews support and your channel manager support.
- The rate is disabled in Mews Operations: In this case, Mews does not send price updates but Closed to stay restrictions.
