How to change the channel manager integration password?

To change your channel manager integration password, follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Marketplace.
  2. Find and open your channel manager integration.
  3. Diable the integration (uncheck the enable option). The integration must be disabled to change its password.
  4. Add the new password. If you are copy-pasting the password, make sure there are not blank spaces in the beginning or end, otherwise it will not work. 
  5. Click Save.
  6. Enable the integration.

 

Note: if you try to change the password with the integration enabled, you get the following error message: "Cannot change credentials of an enabled integration".
