To change your channel manager integration password, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Main Menu > Marketplace.
- Find and open your channel manager integration.
- Diable the integration (uncheck the enable option). The integration must be disabled to change its password.
- Add the new password. If you are copy-pasting the password, make sure there are not blank spaces in the beginning or end, otherwise it will not work.
- Click Save.
- Enable the integration.
Note: if you try to change the password with the integration enabled, you get the following error message: "Cannot change credentials of an enabled integration".
