How to update and view channel manager integration credentials in Mews Operations

Mews masks sensitive channel manager integration credentials for stronger security and eliminates the possibility of unauthorized access and data theft from phishing incidents. Admins of channel manager integrations can update integration credentials anytime in the Mews Marketplace and request temporary access to the credentials by submitting a support ticket through the Mews Digital Assistant.

 

Note: You must uncheck the Enabled box in your integration settings before updating the credentials.

How do I update channel manager integration credentials?

To update your channel manager integration credentials:

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu menu_arrow_right_24.png  > Marketplace > My subscriptions.
  2. Locate your integration and click Edit to go to the settings.
  3. In the Enabled operations section, under Update username and password, fill out the following fields:
    • Username: The integration username.
    • Password: The integration password.
  1. Click Save.
