How to create a dorm

To create a dorm, follow these steps:

 

1. Create the space categories: in this case Bed and Dorm. You can select them from the Space type dropdown menu.
2.  Create the spaces: you must create one space per bed and another one for the dorm. For example: space 100 is the dorm, and spaces 101, 102, and 103 are the beds. 
3. Within the beds' space settings, scroll down to the Parent room field and add the dorm number.
4. To set up the prices for each bed, check the Rate management article.

 

Note: Your contract pricing might be affected when creating a parent space, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
