The Spanish police customer profiles report (Hospedajes) integration in Mews Operations helps you meet legal requirements in Spain by generating a daily report with guest information. Use this integration to automatically compile customer profiles, ensuring that you capture all required details. Generate the report each night to cover guest arrivals and manually upload the file to the Spanish Hospedajes platform.
Note: For properties in the Basque Country and Catalonia, use the respective customer profiles report integration:
- Basque country police customer profiles integration (Registro hotelero)
- Catalonia police customer profiles integration (Registro de viajeros de establecimientos de hospedaje).
This is not a direct integration, so you need to manually upload the file to the Spanish Hospedajes platform.
Note: When there are no checked-in reservations on the day of the report, properties should not upload the report to the Hospedajes platform. Uploading a file with empty values triggers a formatting error.
