The Spanish police accommodation report (Hospedajes) integration in Mews Operations helps you meet legal requirements in Spain by generating a daily report with accommodation and guest stay details. Use this integration to automatically compile accommodation data, ensuring that you capture all required information. Generate the report each night to include all reservations created on a given day and manually upload the file to the Spanish Hospedajes platform.
Note: For properties in the Basque Country, use the updated Basque Country police accommodation integration (Registro hotelero) to generate the report.
This is not a direct integration, so you need to manually upload the file to the Spanish Hospedajes platform.
Note: When there are no reservations created on the day of the report, properties should not upload the report to the Hospedajes platform. Uploading a file with empty values triggers a formatting error.
