Note: This is not a direct integration. You need to manually upload the generated report on the Luxembourg platform.

How to set up the integration 

To set up the Luxembourg police report export integration:

1. Go to the man menu  > Marketplace.
2. In the Legal environment section, locate the Luxembourg police report export integration.
3. Click Explore and then click Connect integration.  

Configuring the integration

Once you connect to the integration, configure the following property details for the report:

• Property code: The unique identifier that the Luxembourg government gives to a hotel.
• Daily report execution time: Fill in the daily report generation time to run at night. You can enter 23:00,  the latest to ensure the report runs before the day changes.

 

Using the integration 

The integration generates the file in XML format. The report generation frequency is daily. 

• Report type: Customer profile report integration
• Customer profile report mode: Overlapping

 

Mandatory fields in the report 

Following are the mandatory fields for the following categories that you need to fill in for the report:

The main traveler

• Name
• First Name
• Date of Birth
• Place Of Birth
• Nationality
• ID Card or Passport number
• Postal code city and country of residence. Street and street number are optional.

The stay

• Date of arrival
• Date of Departure
• Purpose of the Stay

Companions

Whether persons in a group or as companion to the main traveler. On successful completion of all the above fields, the integration generates an XML file. 

Note: If you don't fill one of the above fields, the integration produces a zip file with a txt file containing all the missing data.
 

Uploading the report

Since the Luxembourg police report export integration is not a direct integration, you need to manually upload the xml file on the Luxembourg platform.
