How to Create a HESTA Report for a past month

With the Swiss tourist accommodation statistics (HESTA) integration, you can set the HESTA report to be sent to your email monthly. However, this integration only sends the report automatically for each month from the moment it is installed.

 

To create a HESTA report for a month in the past, follow these steps:
 

  1. Be sure you have correctly installed and enabled the HESTA integration.
  2. Go to the Main menu > Profiles > Customer Profiles.
  3. Set the mode to overlapping.
  4. Select the start date (1st of the month at midnight) and end date (1st of the next month at midnight) for each individual monthly export.
  5. Click Export to HESTA.​
