How to download the Cumulative sales report in Mews POS

The Cumulative Sales Report is one of the sales reports in Mews POS that provides an overview of a restaurant’s sales performance within the selected time frame. The Cumulative sales report displays all sales data with no filtering. You access this report when you need to see all sales data, or import this sales data into another system to filter later, such as Excel. You can use the information in the report to make data-based decisions to optimize sales and increase profitability by adjusting your product offer, pricing, and marketing strategy. 

 

Note:  

• Only users with ‘Can view reports’ permissions can view and download the report. You can review user roles in Settings > Roles.
• To receive emails about your sales at the end of each day, enable daily sales summary option in your profile settings. 

 

To download the report from the Mews POS web dashboard:

1. Click Reports.
2. Click Sales.
3. Click the drop-down containing the date range to set the time frame for the report.
4. Search and filter the payment history according to the following filters:

• Revenue Centers: Click the drop-down to select a Revenue center. Mews POS displays results for that Revenue Center.
• Outlets: Click the drop-down to select an outlet. Mews POS displays results for that outlet.
• Registers: Click the drop-down to select a register. Mews POS displays results for that register.
• Categories: Click the drop-down to select a category. Mews POS displays results for that category.

 

5. Click   in the top right corner. 
6. Under Cumulative click:
• Download as XLSX: To export the current report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file.
• Download as PDF: To xxport the current report history as a PDF file.

 

You have now  downloaded the Cumulative Sales report.
