How to edit checklists in Flexkeeping

In Flexkeeping, you can use checklists to manage tasks at your property. Checklists can include jobs such as room cleaning, preventative maintenance or any other responsibilities you need to organize. You can organize these as questions or a list of items to check. You can edit a checklist quickly by exporting it, making edits offline and importing it back to Flexkeeping. This avoids having to enter questions one at a time in the checklist editor.

You can learn more about how to edit checklists in Flexkeeping by following the steps below:

Step 1: Export the checklist

  1. In Flexkeeping, go to the main menu Main menu  > Administration > Checklist Editor.
  2. Find the checklist you want to export and click Edit Edit .
  3. In the new screen, click Export.

Step 2: Edit the checklist in Excel

  1. Open the exported checklist in Excel.
  2. In the relevant column, enter the new information you want to add.
  3. Click Save.

Step 3: Import the checklist

  1. In Flexkeeping, in the Checklist Editor, click Import.
  2. Click Browse and select your updated checklist.
  3. Click Confirm > Confirm.

This edits your checklist in Flexkeeping.
