  1. Fill in your company information: company name, SIRET, address, postal code, city, and country.

  2. Select your VAT regime.

  3. Fill in your legal representative's details: first name, last name, role, email, and personal ID.

  2. Print it and have your legal representative sign it.

  3. Scan the signed copy.

Invoice stateWhat it means
PendingQueued for submission.
In progressSubmitted and awaiting confirmation.
SuccessConfirmed. Reporting is complete for this invoice.
ErrorThe report was rejected or failed. A brief connectivity issue on the Mews side does not cause this on its own.

Note: Payments are reported separately, once their invoice reaches Success. Each payment is reported once and never re-sent.

Chain merchants sharing a SIREN

If your business already has an active connection through another property using the same SIREN, or through a Mews PMS Compliance Suite subscription, registering in Mews POS reuses that same connection. Your registration resolves immediately to Connected, with no signing or document upload needed.

You can now register your business for France e-Reporting in Mews POS. This means you can rely on automatic reporting for every closed invoice and its payments, without submitting anything manually.
