The Swedish cash register integration helps your property in Sweden stay compliant with Skatteverket regulations. When your property must use a tax-compliant cash register, you set up this integration in Mews POS as a property manager or finance administrator. Once set up, you can download and email reports. These reports, X, Z and E-journal, are compliant with the Skatteverket cash register regulations.
This setup ensures the system signs and stores anonymous transactions correctly for audit purposes using a certified control unit. After you add the integration from the Mews Marketplace, you enroll and enable one or more cash registers. Mews then generates information such as CCUIDs which you use to register with the tax authority.
Note: It is not possible to complete the configuration if your property uses a different currency than SEK. This is a legal requirement under Chapter 5, § 7 of SKVFS 2014:9.
