The Ariane integration allows your property to connect guest-facing kiosks to Mews Operations. You can complete the setup during onboarding using Mews Operations to retrieve property-specific data. You then provide the property details to your onboarding manager to share with Ariane support. This ensures the correct setup of the Ariane integration in Mews Operations.
To connect the Ariane integration:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Using the search bar, locate the Ariane integration, then click Explore.
- Click Connect integration.

The property details you need to provide to Ariane
Prepare the following property details for your onboarding manager to share with Ariane support. Note: For properties in North America, contact [email protected].
- Service base URL:
https://api.mews.com/ - Client token: Ariane already has this
- Access token: See Step 1 of this guide
- Client: Allegro Cloud
- Service ID: See Step 2 of this guide
- Walk-in rate ID: See Step 3 of this guide
- Hotel culture: Use the primary language of your property in Mews, for example,
fr-FRoren-US - Timeout timespan: Configured by Ariane
- End of day time: Configured by Ariane
- WebSocket URL:
wss://ws.mews.com - For each kiosk, provide the Mews Terminal ID: See Step 4 of this guide
Step 1: How to find your Mews access token
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Locate the Ariane integration and click Edit.
- Click the the [IMAGE] Access token icon.
- Mews displays your access token.
- Copy the access token and share it with your onboarding manager.
Step 2: How to find your service ID
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Services > Stay
- Mews displays the ID after
/Detail/in the URL address bar. - Copy the ID from the URL and share it with your onboarding manager.
Step 3: How to find your walk-in rate ID
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Services > Stay > Rates
- Select the rate your property uses for walk-ins. For example, the BAR rate or standard rate.
- Mews displays the ID after
/Detail/in the URL address bar. - Copy the ID from the URL and share it with your onboarding manager.
Step 4: How to find your Mews Terminal ID
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Locate your Mews Terminal integration and click Edit.
- Open the Terminal settings.
- Mews displays the ID after
/Detail/in the URL address bar. - Copy the ID from the URL and share it with your onboarding manager.
You can now provide the property details to your onboarding manager to share with Ariane support. This ensures the correct setup of the Ariane integration in Mews Operations.
