How to set up the Lighthouse Channel Manager integration in Mews Operations

- You receive the following codes from Lighthouse:
- Hotel code
- Room codes
- Rate codes
- Online travel agency codes
Note: You cannot complete the mapping without the correct codes from Lighthouse.
Access the Lighthouse Channel Manager mapping documentation
You use the Lighthouse Channel Manager mapping document to align rooms, rates, and products between both systems.
You can access the documentation by:
- Requesting it from your Lighthouse contact
- Downloading it from the Lighthouse support portal
The document lists all codes required for the mapping process. When you review the document, focus on the following sections:
- Room codes that match Mews space categories
- Rate codes that match Mews rate plans
- Product definitions, especially products charged per person per day
For example, breakfast often appears as a separate product that requires careful mapping.
Add screenshots from the real Lighthouse Channel Manager document to highlight room and rate codes for visual clarity.
