Receive reservations using the Lighthouse channel manager for Mews Operations

The Lighthouse channel manager integration enables you to distribute your property's rates and availability on a global scale, directly from Mews Operations. With its bidirectional functionality, this integration ensures that both availability and reservations are managed and updated in real-time between Mews Operations and Lighthouse, offering a cohesive and efficient booking management experience.

 


Note

  • If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integrations for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
  • Make sure to purchase Lighthouse before connecting this integration.

Step 1: Connect and configure the Lighthouse integration

To connect and configure the Lighthouse integration, complete steps 1 – 3 in the article here.


 

Map companies and travel agency contracts (optional)

This step is optional. You should complete this only if you want to assign reservations received from the channel manager to a company in Mews Operations.

 

For each travel agency profile, you want to map, complete the steps in the article here.

 

 

          Step 2: Send mapping information to Lighthouse

          1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu Mews Operations Menu Icon  > Marketplace My subscriptions.
          2. Locate the Lighthouse integration and click Edit to go to the settings. 
          3. Find and copy the Channel manager codeNote: Lighthouse refers to this code as a "connection token."
          4. Send this to Lighthouse support at [email protected].

           

             

            Step 3: Test the integration

            Testing the integration allows you to check whether you configured the integration correctly. You can test this with a small set of reservations for the next 7 days.
