How to create different versions of the same email type?

At the moment, there is only one version available for each email type in Mews. This article provides a workaround to tailor specific email types using the "add translation" feature. 

Note: This workaround requires emails to be sent manually. Learn more about this configuration here.

  1. Go to the email template you need to tailor.
  2. Go to the Add translation field.
  3. From the dropdown menu, choose a language you don't usually use.
  4. Create the new version of that email type.
  5. To send the email to the guest, go to the Reservation > Mailing > Type > choose the language.
