At the moment, there is only one version available for each email type in Mews. This article provides a workaround to tailor specific email types using the "add translation" feature.
Note: This workaround requires emails to be sent manually. Learn more about this configuration here.
- Go to the email template you need to tailor.
- Go to the Add translation field.
- From the dropdown menu, choose a language you don't usually use.
- Create the new version of that email type.
- To send the email to the guest, go to the Reservation > Mailing > Type > choose the language.
