Troubleshooting Mews University access

I don’t know what my username or password is 

• Username: Your Mews University username is the email address associated with your Mews account. 
• Password: If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password link”. 

I did not receive the email with the Mews University login instructions 

If you haven't received the login instructions for Mews University, follow these steps: 

1. Check your inbox and spam folder and look for an email from [email protected].  

• • If you find the email, follow the instructions to login.
  • If you don't find the email, proceed to step 2.

2. Try to reset your password.

• • Follow the steps in the guide How to reset the Mews University password.
  • If you don't receive the email with the password reset (and it’s not in the Spam folder either), you may not have a profile in Mews University. In this case proceed to the step 3. 

3. Talk to your manager  

• • If you are a Mews PMS user, check with your manager if your Mews PMS profile is created as this is a pre-requisite for the creation of a Mews University profile. Learn How to create a Mews University account for Mews PMS users?
