How to create a Mews University account for Flexkeeping users

Mews University is an e-learning platform created to empower staff within the Mews ecosystem by providing comprehensive training and onboarding resources. You do not need to manually create a Mews University account for your property staff. The Mews system automatically creates Mews University accounts for new users the day after you add them to Flexkeeping. To deactivate or remove a Mews University user account, the property admin or manager must deactivate the account in Flexkeeping first. The system then automatically removes the associated account from Mews University the same day, unless the user has still an active account in other Mews products, for example, Mews PMS or Mews POS.


Note

To create a Mews University account for Flexkeeping users:

Mews automatically creates Mews University accounts for new users the day after you add them to Flexkeeping. Then:

  1. The system automatically assigns relevant learning paths to all Flexkeeping learners based on their Flexkeeping role. Note: Learners can receive both sets of training if their role covers both areas.
    • Flexkeeping Configuration Learning path: The system assigns this to Admin roles.
    • Flexkeeping Operations Learning path: The system assigns this to Operational roles.
  2. The system sends an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to access Mews University once the profile is ready. Note: The system sends this email every day at 10am CET.

This creates a Mews University account for Flexkeeping users. All learning activities are required and have a two week deadline.
