How to create a Mews University account for Mews POS users?

Note: This article applies to Mews POS users only. For Mews PMS users refer to this article. 

 

Mews University POS account creation and deactivation

 

Mews POS profiles are automatically created in Mews University the day after the new user is added to a POS Merchant. The profile deactivation occurs four days after the user is deactivated from a POS Merchant.

 

What happens after the Mews University account is created? 

  

  1. Role-based learning paths: All learners are automatically assigned relevant learning paths to best match their settings in Mews POS:
      • Mews Basics.
      • Mews POS: Learning path for Managers (Admin), or
      • Mews POS: Learning path for Users. 

These are required learning activities with a two-week due date. You can also access the entire Mews University Catalog, to access a wide range of learning paths, live sessions, and courses to enroll into at your own pace. 

 

  1. Email Notification: The day after learning paths are assigned and the Mews University profile is ready, learners receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to access Mews University.  These e-mails are sent every day by 10 AM CET.

 

Notemerchant level reporting and team reporting options are not yet available to POS learners in Mews University.
