Viewing your team reports in Mews University

In Mews University, managers can access team reports to track their learning progress. With these reports, you can see which team members have started or completed their learning course and manage accordingly. Managers can access these reporting tools at any time.  

Note:

  • This feature is currently available only for Mews PMS managers.
  • Manager is the person designated as Supervisor in Mews Operations.

Viewing your team reports

To view reports for your team:

  1. Login to Mews University.

  2. Click your profile image, then click Manage. This leads you to the Manage homepage screen:

     

  3. To open the Reports screen:
    • Click Reports in the navigation side-bar, or,
    • Click the Reports card under Manage Tools.

       

Using predefined reports

You can use predefined reports to automatically generate a preview of your team members' learning paths and live session enrollments and progress.

To use predefined reports:

  • From the Reports screen, click All Learning Paths and Live Sessions completions for managers.  
  • To narrow down the report results, use the filter options in the Quick Filter.
  • Click  to export the report as a CSV file.

     

    You can also receive this report regularly via email. To do so click Subscribe to This Report at the bottom of the report screen, then set up the desired frequency

Note:

  • You can also view a list of employees who have not logged in to Mews University with the Learners Who have Never logged In report.
  • Click     to pin a report to the Manage homepage. 

Mews University team reporting FAQs

I am a manager, but I don’t see the option to switch to 'Manage' view. What can I do?

Mews University is integrated with Mews Operations. Ensure that you are a Supervisor for all your team members in Mews Operations. To view this, go to Mews Operations >  > Settings > Users. Contact your property administrator for further assistance if necessary.

 

Why can’t I see other employees from my property in the report?

Mews University associates learners with only one manager to maintain clear reporting structures. 
 

Where can I see a summary of learning on a property-level?

Mews University provides a summary of property-level learning data to property administrators and project managers during the onboarding stage only. You can learn more here.
