Reporting for Managers

As a manager, you have access to reporting on your direct reports within Mews University. You can monitor progress and track training completion of your team. Read more about Team reporting in Mews University.  

Property-Level Reporting

While Mews University does not offer property-level reporting directly within the platform, we provide automated reports to project managers or property admins during specific moments in their onboarding journey.  

These reports offer valuable insights at the property level and support decision-making regarding Go Live strategy. 

Who receives it

The report is automatically sent to the property project manager and Mews Onboarding manager. 

When is it sent

The report is sent always 1 day before the Go vs. No-Go Call, Guest Journey Call, Rates & Packages Call, and Accounting Call. These reports ensure that property admins have timely access to relevant data to support their onboarding process. 

What it contains

The property-level report includes essential information such as property completion rates, project manager completion rates, and a list of team members yet to complete training. This allows property admins to track progress and ensure that all team members are adequately trained.
