Locating paymaster accounts, service keys and outlet keys in Mews operations

In Mews Operations, each paymaster account and service has a unique ID or key. You need these IDs for tasks like setting up Mews Marketplace integrations. The following steps guide you to locate these IDs.

Locating a paymaster account ID  

The paymaster account ID serves as a reference point for linking paymaster accounts to other systems, such as a Point of Sale (POS) system via an integration. You can locate this ID in the browser URL by following the below steps.  

1. In Mews Operations, enter the paymaster account name in the top search bar. 
2. Click on the appropriate paymaster account from the search results. This displays the paymaster account details. 

In the following screenshot the service key is 5d290145-e0bf-4aac-b565-b10a01067c45. 

Locating a service key 

The service key serves as a reference point for linking paymaster accounts to other systems, such as a Point of Sale (POS) system via an integration. You can locate this ID in the browser URL by following the below steps. 

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu   > Settings > Services. 

2. From Additional Services, click on the service you require a key for. 

You can find the service key in the browser URL.

Locating an outlet key

The outlet key serves as a reference point for linking outlets to other systems, such as a Point of Sale (POS) system via an integration.

To locate this ID in the browser URL:

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu   > Settings > Property > Outlets.
2. In Outlets, click on the outlet you require a key for.
3. Locate the outlet key in the browser URL.
