What does Unspecified User mean?

Unspecified user means that the action was performed by a user that wasn't logged in, so the system does not recognize it.

 

For example:

 

• A customer creating a reservation via the booking engine and they are not signed in.
• A customer paying after you send a payment request without logging to their account.
