What does error message "Cannot undo check-out for this reservation" mean?

If you see the error message "Cannot undo check-out for this reservation" in the upper right part of the screen when trying to undo a check-out, it can mean two things:

 

• That the following reservation in that room has already been checked in. If necessary, you can move the checked-in reservation to another room or undo the check-in.
• That the Operational Editable History Window is exceeded, and no changes can be made to the reservation. You can extend the editable history windows by following the steps in this article: How to extend the Operational & Accounting editable history window?.
