If you see the error message "Selected space is not suitable for this reservation" when trying to move a reservation to a different space, it can mean any of the following:
- The space doesn't have a category in the service the reservation was created > How to change the space category assigned to a space?
- The space has been deleted.
- The space types are not compatible (e.g. bed for an apartment) > Using the various Space types in Mews.
- The action is a downgrade (ordering of the space category is lower than the reservation's requested category) > How to upgrade and downgrade a reservation?
- The space has less capacity than the number of people in the reservation > Where can I set the maximum occupancy of a space?
