Why do some products, categories and modifiers in Mews POS appear blue?

In Mews POS a blue product, category or modifier entry indicates that the entry is created by a Mews POS enterprise account. Mews Onboarding configures the enterprise account separately as part of the onboarding process when they configure multiple properties in a chain.

If a product, category or modifier entry appears blue, it is because an account with administrator permissions creates the entry using the enterprise account. Then the enterprise account sends the entry to specific properties in the chain. The administrator for the enterprise account can select one or more properties within the chain to which the category, product or modifier applies.

The account or property currently logged in to Mews POS is not responsible for creation of the blue entry.

Is it possible to delete the products, categories and modifiers that appear in blue?

If a product, category or modifier appears in blue, the account or property currently logged in to Mews POS cannot delete it as it does not have the necessary permissions. To delete a blue entry, the enterprise account responsible for its creation must delete it or modify it. Contact a property administrator for the enterprise account to request the necessary adjustment.
