Inventory tracked products are items you hold in your inventory. They typically are not directly sellable to guests. This includes ingredients used in recipes or items you sell to guests differently to how you store or purchase them. For example, if you buy butter but only use it in recipes, or buy whiskey by the bottle but sell it by the measure.
When you activate inventory tracking on a product, you configure additional options such as quantity and inventory unit.
