You can view and check the status of your report exports via the Exports screen in Mews Operations. This is useful so you, property managers, finance teams, and operational staff can view and monitor the status of all your completed report exports on the History tab of the Exports screen.
You can access detailed information on all exports, filter your view, check export statuses, and download exported report files. This helps you track your financial, occupancy, and operational data exports, and check their statuses, to ensure exports are processed successfully.
Note: To view a list of all your reports on an export schedule, go to the main menu > Exports > All exports, then click on the Scheduled tab.

How to view your report export history on the Exports screen in Mews Operations
To view your exports history in Mews Operations:
- Go to the main menu
> Exports > All exports, and click on the History tab:
To navigate the screen, you can:
- click the Show dropdown to select the number of items to show per screen; and
- click between pages of exports using navigational elements at the base of the screen, as below:
To view detailed information on your report export, click the name report name in the Export column to see the following information:
Understanding the fields
On the History tab of the Exports screen, you can view a list of all your historical report exports, with data displayed in the following fields:
- Export: Type of report export, for example, Manager report, Accounting report.
- Export schedule: Name of the export schedule as chosen by the user when scheduling it. For example, Accounting ledger, or Biweekly Manager report. When the report isn't scheduled, the system leaves this field blank. You can check which report exports are scheduled by clicking on the Scheduled tab at the top of the screen.
- Owner: The name of the user who owns or creates the report export. Note: This field is only visible to Admin users.
- Created: The date and time of the export request creation.
- Start: The date and time of the export file creation.
- Duration: Time taken to create the file and complete the export.
- Status: Status of export, for example, Pending, Success, Failed, Processing, TimedOut.
- File size: Size of export file in kilobytes.

Setting the filters
You can filter your view of the exports History tab by clicking in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Under Filter, you can choose from the following filters:
- Type: Select the type of export you would like to view.
- Start*:
- Type to enter a start date or click the date picker to select a date to restrict results to a specific date period.
- Type to enter a start time or click the time picker to select a time to restrict results to a specific time period.
- End*:
- Type to enter an end date or click the date picker to select a date to restrict results to a specific date period.
- Type to enter an end time or click the time picker to select a time to restrict results to a specific time period.
- Owner: Select a specific user, for example, Mews Support, to view only exports created by them. Note: This filter option only appears for Admin users.
- Status: Select the item status types you want to view, for example:
- Failed: File failed to export.
- Pending: The system is still awaiting export of the file.
- Processing: File is in the process of being exported.
- Success: File successfully exported.
- Timed out: The system timed out while exporting the file.
After selecting your desired filter options, click Filter to filter your view.
Download the report export file
You can download each report export as an .xlxs file by clicking per line item.
