You can create an export schedule to automatically schedule your report exports in Mew Operations if, for example, you want to automatically export certain reports at the same time every day, week, month, or year.
This is useful so you, your property managers, finance teams, and operational staff can save time by using automatic scheduled exports instead of repeating the same process multiple times.
To view your scheduled reports in Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Exports > All exports, and click on the Scheduled tab.
Note:
- The Mews basic subscription package does not include the ability to create export targets for report schedules.
- The ability to create a FTP target is available with enterprise subscription package only.
- You cannot schedule a monthly export schedule on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month.
- Exports to PDF are not available.
