How to switch from one channel manager to another?

DISCLAIMER: It is advisable not to deactivate the old channel manager before switching to a new one. This could lead to overbookings, reservations made at the wrong rates, or the booking not being processed in Mews. Before turning off the old channel manager, ensure that all OTA's are linked to the new channel manager.

This article explains solely how to switch from your old channel to a new one. If you need more information on setting up a channel manager, you can read this article:

  1. Go to the Marketplace and look for your new channel manager under the Distribution section.
  2. Select your new channel manager and click on Explore.

Note: For more information, find particular channel manager guides in the Mews help center.

If your channel manager requires the Mews token for the connection, you can find it in the Marketplace >My Subscriptions. The connection token is hard-coded and displayed under the Channel manager code.
