The Installation queue displays the statuses of all installation items. Installation files are files containing data about reservations, customers, and companies imported to Mews Operations.
To view the Installations Queue, in Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Queues > Installations.
In this article, you can learn about the following in the Installation queue:
- Creator: View only items created by a specific employee.
- Status: Select the items’ status types:
- Canceled: Items automatically canceled if unprocessed within 24 hours.
- Failed: Items for which installation failed.
- Processing: Items currently in the installation process.
- Scheduled: Items with a set installation start time.
- Success: Items that successfully completed installation.
- Timed out: Items canceled by the system due to processing taking too long.
- Waiting: This does not apply to the Installations queue.
- Warning: Items for which installation had minor issues.
- Ordering: Select to view either Created or Processed items within a specific set of dates.
- Start: Select a start date to restrict results to a specific time period.
- End: Select an end date to restrict results to a specific time period.
- Code: A randomly generated code assigned to the installation item.
- Enterprise: The property’s name.
- Creator: The employee’s name creating the item.
- Created: The item’s creation date and time.
- Processed: The date and time when the system processed the item.
- Status: The item’s status: Failed, Pending, Success, or Waiting.
