If your Mews Terminal doesn't turn on:

  • Check if you connected all necessary items delivered with the terminal.
  • Make sure you plug in the power cord, and charge the terminal for at least 30 minutes.
  • Hold the green button on the terminal for at least 3 seconds.
  • If the terminal still does not start, contact Mews Support.
