House use
The House use feature is intended for internal use (showroom, training, friends, employees, etc.).
- These rooms are removed from availability and are not bookable by customers.
Note: The space is only removed from availability if the House use overlaps with the Occupancy start time of the bookable service. For example, if the occupancy start time is 15:00, and the house use booking is set for 12:00 - 14:00, the space still appears as bookable to customers. If you do not want this space to be bookable by customers on this date, ensure that your House use overlaps with the occupancy start time. - It does not affect the RevPar as the House use doesn't decrease inventory.
- It does not affect the occupancy reporting and ADR calculation.
You can create a House use from the Timeline. On the top right corner click on the House use button.
