If you charge your customer and the payment doesn’t go through, you can check the payment status in the guest’s profile:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Profiles > Customer Profiles.
- In the guest’s profile, click on the Payments tab.
- Scroll down to the Payment attempts section, where you can view the reason why the payment failed under the Notes column.
If the explanation in the Notes column is not specific enough, contact Mews Support as they may need to check your integration account to confirm the root cause of the issue.
