If you get the error message “Internal server error”, it can indicate a problem with the website’s server. Follow these steps for the Mews development team to investigate the issue:

 

  1. Record the .har file for your browser session at the moment the issue is occurring. Export the .har file from your browser
  2. Send the .har file through the Mews Digital Assistant with further details on what the user was doing to prior to receiving this error.
