Why am I seeing some orders twice on the kitchen display in Mews POS?

Your apps might not be updated.
To solve this problem:

  1. Update your KDS app (on your kitchen display) and Mews POS apps (on all other mobile devices) to the latest versions.
  2. Open your KDS app on your kitchen display tablet and tap the 'three dots icon' in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Select 'Select an order queue
  4. Tap on the 'Kitchen (Bar+Restaurant)'.
  5. Wait for the data to synchronize.

Your orders should be appearing only once now.
