Hotel Partner consists of two integrations in the Mews Marketplace: Hotel Partner Channel Manager and Hotel Partner Yield Management. Hotel Partner Channel Manager receives and integrates reservations into Mews and sends availability updates to the partner, while Hotel Partner Yield Management manages rates and restrictions. You need to set up both integrations for the connection to work.
You can learn more about Hotel Partner here, or contact them at [email protected].
Some things to know before you set up Hotel Partner for Mews Operations:
-
If you already have a contract with Hotel Partner, click Connect integration for each integration.
-
This channel is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews manages availability while reservations are pushed from Hotel Partner into Mews.
Note: If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integrations for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.

Hotel Partner support pulls the Mews Operations mapping information to Hotel Partner and instructs you on how to complete the mapping in Hotel Partner. You can reach out to Hotel Partner to schedule a day for testing. On completion, you can continue to the next step.
