Receive reservations using the Hotel-Spider channel manager integration for Mews Operations

The Hotel-Spider channel manager integration provides global distribution of your properties' rates and availability, direct from Mews Operations. You can set up this integration in Mews Operations and update rates, availability, and restrictions in Hotel-Spider, to receive reservations in Mews Operations. This channel manager is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while Hotel-Spider pushes reservations into Mews Operations. 

 

Note: 

  • If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integrations for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
  • Make sure to purchase Hotel-Spider before connecting this integration.
  • Hotel-Spider supports both net and gross pricing. The Hotel-Spider support team sets the pricing environment.
  • The product codes Hotel-Spider provides are not to be used for mapping, these represent rate-space category combinations.
