Receive reservations using the Vertical Booking channel manager integration for Mews Operations

The Vertical Booking channel manager integration enables you to distribute your property's rates and availability on a global scale, directly from Mews Operations. With its bidirectional functionality, this integration ensures that both availability and reservations are managed and updated in real-time between Mews Operations and Vertical Booking, offering a cohesive and efficient booking management experience.

Note:

  • If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integration for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews Operations, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
  • Make sure to purchase Vertical Booking before connecting this integration.
  • Request Vertical Booking support to set up a Fallback rate to the code "ZERO". This is needed for reservations that arrive into Mews Operations with unmapped rates, Mews then creates these with a Mews default rate.
  • When setting end dates in the Vertical Booking extranet, make sure that they do not conflict with any restriction dates in Mews Operations. Otherwise, these updates will generate an error.
