Can I refund cash or external payments via Mews Payments?

 

 

No, cash and external payments (like third-party terminal transactions) cannot be refunded via Mews Payments as the payment was not taken via the Mews Payments Gateway.

 

If the guest already left and you can't perform a cash refund in person, or if the original payment was taken with a third-party terminal that you no longer use, you can return the funds via bank transfer and reflect it in Mews as an External payment.
