You can learn more about the D-Edge integration here.
In this article you can learn about the following operations that you can do with D-Edge:
Keep track of loyalty programs
If a guest is part of a loyalty program, D-Edge automatically adds this information to their customer profile and the related reservation. The system automatically adds the customer's Loyalty code, their membership number for the loyalty program, to the Internals tab of their customer profile.
The system lists additional information about their loyalty program, for example, the level or expiration date of their membership, in their reservation notes.
Occupancy-based pricing
If you want to adjust the prices based on the number of guests staying in a room, you can set it up with D-Edge.
Set up occupancy-based pricing in Mews Operations
- Open the rate you want to apply occupancy-based pricing to. The system applies the occupancy-based pricing to this rate and all of its child rates.
- Under Negative occupancy adjustment, enter the amount you'd like to remove from the total price for each empty bed. This should be a negative number, so if you want to take 10 euro away per empty bed, then enter "-10".
- Under Extra occupancy adjustment, enter the amount you'd like to add to the total price for each extra bed used.
- Click Save.
Set up occupancy-based pricing in D-Edge
To make sure there are no problems with occupancy based pricing, you need to:
- Make sure the occupancy of each space category matches in D-Edge and Mews Operations.
- Enable the Advance occupancy option.

Enable occupancy-based pricing in your D-Edge integration
- In the Marketplace, go to My subscriptions.
- Locate the D-Edge integration and click Edit to go to the settings page.
- Under Enabled operations, make sure to select Push occupancy based prices and Upload rates.
- Click Save.
Note: If you,
- don't set up an extra/empty bed adjustment, and
- have a per-person-per-night product mapped to D-Edge, then,
the total price changes, depending on occupancy. For example, if the rate is 100 euro and breakfast is 10, the system charges one guest 110 euro, but two guests, 120 euro.

Opting in ensures:
- no outdated passwords. Credentials are reset and updated automatically in both systems.
- properties stay PCI-compliant.
- safe card flow between D-edge and Mews.
To opt-in to automatic password reset:
- Go to the main menu
> Marketplace > My subscriptions.
- Locate the D-edge integration and click Edit to go to the settings page.
- In the Enabled operations section, select Change password.
- Click Save.
